Ingredients
- 3 ounce Vodka
- 1/4 tsp Sweet Vermouth
- 1/4 tsp Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 tsp Chocolate Liqueur (clear)
Directions
Rim a chilled Martini glass with sweetened cocoa powder. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into glass and garnish with a Hershey’s kiss.
