Apricot Anisette Collins


  • 1 1/2 ounce Gin
  • 1/2 ounce Apricot Brandy
  • 1 1/2 tsp Anise-flavored Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • club soda


Combine first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a Collins glass over ice.

Top up with club soda and STIR.  Garnish with a lemon slice.
