  • 2 ounce Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1 ounce Peach Brandy
  • 3 sprigs mint
  • dash lime juice
  • 1 tsp fine sugar


In a chilled Highball glass, muddle* 3 mint sprigs with sugar and lime juice.  Add ice and the remaining ingredients.

STIR and garnish with a sprig of mint.

*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
