Ingredients
- 2 ounce Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 tsp honey
- sparkling water
Directions
Dissolve honey with a little sparkling water in a chilled Old Fashioned glass. Add Whiskey and fill with ice.
Top up with sparkling water and STIR. Twist a lemon peel over the drink and drop in.
