Bayard Fizz


  • 2 ounce Gin
  • 1/2 ounce Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1 tsp raspberry syrup
  • sparkling water


Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Highball glass over ice.

Top up with sparkling water and garnish with raspberries.
