Bird of Paradise Cooler


  • 2 ounce Gin
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fine sugar
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • sparkling water


Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain over ice into a chilled Highball glass.

Top up with sparkling water and STIR.
