Ingredients
- 2 ounce Gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 tsp grenadine
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Pour into a chilled Old Fashioned glass with ice and top up with sparkling water.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
