Ingredients
- 1 3/4 ounce Silver Tequila
- 1 ounce Orange Liqueur (blue)
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 3-4 chunks pineapple
- 1/2 seeded jalapeno
Directions
Muddle* jalapeno and pineapple in a mixing glass. Add ingredients over ice and shake. Strain into a Coupe(Margarita) glass over ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
