Ingredients
- 2 ounce Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 tsp fine sugar
- Sparkling Water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Collins glass.
Top up with sparkling water and garnish with a lime twist.
