Cafe Royale


  • 2 ounce Brandy
  • 1 cup black coffee
  • half and half


Pour hot coffee into an Irish Coffee Mug.  Rest a a large spoon across the mug with a sugar cube in the spoon.

Add the Brandy, soaking the sugar in the process.  Light the the sugar and hold until flame burns out.

STIR into coffee and float half-and-half on top.
