Caipiroska

Ingredients

• 3 ounce Vodka
• 1 ounce lime juice
• 1 tbsp fine sugar
• rind of half a lime

Directions

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass over ice.
