Coffee Flip

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce Cognac
  • 1 ounce Ruby Port
  • 5 ounce cold coffee
  • 1/2 tsp fine sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender with a scoop of ice and blend until smooth.  Pour into a chilled Red Wine glass.

Sprinkle with nutmeg.
