Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce Gin
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • Champagne

Directions

Combine Gin and simple syrup*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water. in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Champagne Flute.

Top up with Champagne.
