Creole

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce White Rum
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 dashes tabasco
  • ground pepper
  • salt
  • beef bouillon

Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass over ice.

Top up with bouillon and STIR.  Season with salt and pepper.
