- 1 1/2 ounce Gin
- 1 ounce Manzanilla Sherry
- 1/2 ounce Orange Liqueur
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- pinch sea salt
Directions
The Dali cocktail is a blend of gin, manzanilla sherry, and orange liqueur with a dash of orange bitters and a hint of sea salt.
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the gin, manzanilla sherry, orange liqueur, and orange bitters.
STIR the mixture gently for around 30 seconds, allowing the flavours to meld while chilling the liquid.
Take a pinch of finely ground sea salt and sprinkle it over the mixture.
Strain the mixture into a chilled Martini Glass, ensuring a smooth pour.
Garnish with a roasted red pepper strip.
