Diamond Head

Ingredients

• 2 ounce Gin
• 1/2 ounce Apricot Brandy
• 1 ounce lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp fine sugar
• 1/2 egg white

Directions

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
