Elk’s Own

Ingredients

• 2 ounce Rye Whisky
• 1 ounce Ruby Port
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp fine sugar

Directions

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
