Frozen Apple

Ingredients

• 2 ounce Brandy
• 1/2 ounce lime juice
• 1 tsp fine sugar
• 1/2 egg white

Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender with a scoop of ice and blend until smooth.

Pour into a chilled Old Fashioned glass.  Garnish with an apple slice.
