Gin Rickey

Ingredients

• 2 ounce Gin
• 1 ounce lime juice
• sparkling water

Directions

Pour Gin and lime juice into a chilled Highball glass over ice.  Top up with sparkling water and STIR.

Garnish with a lime wedge.
