Ingredients
- 2 ounce Gin
- 1/2 ounce Ruby Port
- 1 tsp water
- 1/2 tsp fine sugar
- sparkling water
Directions
Dissolve sugar in water at the bottom of a chilled Highball glass. Add Gin and STIR.
Add ice and top up with sparkling water. STIR gently and float Port on top.
