Ingredients
- 2 ounce Gin
- 1/2 ounce Amontillado Sherry
- 1/2 ounce Scotch Whisky
Directions
Combine Gin and Sherry in a mixing glass with ice and STIR. Pour into a chilled Old Fashioned glass.
Float Scotch on top and garnish with a lemon twist.
*Amontillado is a variety of Sherry wine characterized by being darker than Fino but lighter than Oloroso.
