Harvard Cooler

Ingredients

• 2 ounce Apple Brandy
• 1 tsp fine sugar
• sparkling water

Directions

Dissolve sugar in Brandy in a chilled Collins glass.  Add ice and top with sparkling water.

STIR and garnish with a lemon twist.
