Ingredients
- 2 ounce Blended Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce Port
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 tsp fine sugar
- 1 egg white
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a chilled Highball glass over ice and top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with a pineapple spear.
