Ingredients
- 2 ounce Irish Whiskey
- 1 1/2 ounce Fino Sherry
- 1 ounce almond syrup
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a chilled Highball glass over ice. Top up with sparkling water and STIR.
*Fino is the driest and palest of the traditional varieties of Sherry and Montila-Moriles fortified wine.
