Ingredients
- 2 ounce White Rum
- 2 ounce Dark Beer
- 1/2 ounce 151-proof Rum
- 2 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce passion fruit syrup
- 1/2 ounce almond syrup
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a chilled Collins glass over ice.
Top up with sparkling water and STIR. Garnish with a pineapple spear.
