- 3 ounce Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 ounce Mint Liqueur (green)
- 1 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 tsp fine sugar
- sparkling Water
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a blender with a scoop of ice and 5 large mint leaves.
Blend until smooth and pour into a chilled Collins glass over ice.
Top up with sparkling water and garnish with mint sprig.
