Mint Collins


  • 3 ounce Gin
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fine sugar
  • 7 mint leaves
  • sparkling water


Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a chilled Collins glass and muddle* together.

Add ice and top up with sparkling water.  STIR and garnish with a mint sprig and lemon slice.

*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
