- 2 ounce Dark Rum
- 1/2 ounce grenadine
- 1/2 ounce tamarind syrup
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- grapefruit juice
Combine ingredients, except grapefruit juice, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a chilled Collins glass over ice.
Top with grapefruit juice and STIR.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
