Ingredients
- 2 ounce Pernod
- 1/2 ounce water
- 1/4 tsp simple syrup
- 3-5 dashes angostura bitters
Directions
Fill an Old Fashioned glass with crushed ice, simple syrup, bitters and water. STIR well and add Pernod.
STIR again.
*Pernod is an anise-flavored liqueur
**Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
