Pink Lady

Ingredients

• 2 ounce Gin
• 1 tsp half-and-half
• 1 tsp grenadine
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 egg white

Directions

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
