Pink Sherbet Royale

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce Sparkling Wine
  • 2 ounce Black Currant Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Brandy

Directions

Using only half the wine, combine ingredients in a blender with 1 scoop of ice and blend until smooth.

Slowly whisk in a little more wine and pour into a chilled Highball glass.

Garnish with a few blackberries.
