Pirate’s Julep

Ingredients

  • 3 ounce Gold Rum
  • 1 tsp Orange Liqueur
  • 1 tsp almond syrup
  • 3-5 dashes peychaud's bitters
  • 10 mint leaves

Directions

Muddle* mint leaves in a chilled Highball glass with almond syrup.  Add bitters, fill with ice and pour in Rum.

Float Orange Liqueur on top and garnish with a sprig of mint.

*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
