Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce Maraschino Liqueur
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 ounce Benedictine
- 1/2 ounce Cognac
Directions
Pour the ingredients, in the order given, slowly and carefully into a Pousse-cafe glass so each ingredient forms a separate layer.
* Benedictine is a Cognac based herbal liqueur.
