- 1 ounce Brandy
- 1 ounce Madeira
- 1/2 ounce Orange Liqueur
- 3-5 dashes angostura bitters
Combine ingredients, except Champagne, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Red Wine glass.
Top up with Champagne and STIR. Garnish with an orange slice.
