Ingredients
- 3 ounce Gin
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 tsp fine sugar
- 1 tsp half-and-half
- 3-5 dashes orange flower water
- 1 egg white
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a chilled Collins glass.
Top up with sparkling water and STIR. Garnish with a lemon or orange twist.
