Rum Collins


  • 3 ounce White Rum
  • 1 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1 tsp fine sugar
  • sparkling water


Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Collins glass over ice.

Top up with sparkling water and STIR.  Garnish with lemon slice and cherry.
