Ingredients
- 2 ounce Dark Rum
- 1 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 tsp fine sugar
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain over ice into a chilled Collins glass.
Top up with sparkling water and STIR. Serve with a swizzle stick.
