Sazerac

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • 2 dashes peychaud's bitters
  • 1 sugar cube
  • splash Absinthe

Directions

Coat a Rocks glass with Absinthe by swirling it around in the glass.  Combine the rest of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and STIR.

Strain into the Absinthe-rinsed glass.  Twist a lemon peel over the glass and drop in.
