Ingredients
- 3 ounce Scotch Whisky
- 1 tbsp honey
- 8 mint leaves
- dash orange bitters
Directions
Muddle* mint leaves with honey in a chilled Highball glass. Fill with ice and add the Scotch.
STIR and top off with bitters and sprig of mint.
*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
