Ingredients
- 3 ounce Gin
- 1 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp fine sugar
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Highball glass over ice.
Top up with sparkling water an STIR.
