Ingredients
- 3 ounce Brandy
- ginger ale
Directions
Lightly muddle* 5 mint leaves with Brandy in the bottom of a chilled Highball glass.
Fill with ice and top up with ginger ale. STIR and garnish with an orange twist.
*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
