Stone Wall

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce White Rum
  • 1 1/2 ounce Apple Cider
  • 1 1/2 ounce Jamacian Ginger Beer
  • 3/4 ounce cane syrup
  • 1/4 ounce fresh skinned ginger

Directions

Muddle* ginger and cane syrup** in a mixing glass. Add White Rum and Apple Cider and shake with ice.

Strain into ice filled Rocks glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime squeeze and a green apple slice.

*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.

**Traditional American sweetener made by the concentration of cane juice, sweeter than molasses.
