- 2 ounce Gin
- 1 1/2 ounce Brandy
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce angostura bitters
- ginger beer
Coat the inside of a chilled Collins glass with the bitters by swirling it around. Discard the excess. Fill glass with ice cubes and add ingredients, topping up with ginger beer.
STIR and garnish with cucumber slice, lime slice and mint sprig.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
