- 1 1/2 ounce Rye Whisky
- 6 ounce egg nog
- 1/4 ounce maple syrup
- 1 egg white
Combine first 3 ingredients, and a dash of nutmeg, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a Highball glass.
Beat 1 egg white until foamy and pour over drink. Garnish with nutmeg.
