Ingredients
- 3 ounce Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce grenadine
- 1 tsp fine sugar
- 3-5 dashes Peppermint Schnapps
- 3-5 dashes orange bitters
- Sparkling Water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a chilled Collins glass.
Top up with sparkling water and garnish with a pineapple spear.
