Ingredients
- 2 ounce Vodka
- 6 ounce orange juice
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp simple sugar
Directions
Combine ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Half fill a Highball glass with ice and pour in mixture.
Garnish with an orange slice.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
