Ingredients
- 4 ounce Amontillado Sherry
- 1/4 tsp Orange Liqueur
- 1/4 tsp simple syrup
Directions
Fill a Wine glass with crushed ice and add the Orange Liqueur and simple syrup. STIR until a frost appears on the glass.
Add the Sherry and STIR again. Garnish with a lemon twist and pineapple spear.
*Amontillado is a variety of Sherry wine characterized by being darker than Fino but lighter than Oloroso.
**Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
