Vodka Cooler

Ingredients

• 2 ounce Vodka
• 1/2 tsp fine sugar
• sparkling water

Directions

Mix Vodka with sugar in a chilled Collins glass.  Fill with ice, top up with sparkling water and STIR.

Garnish with a lemon peel.
