Ingredients
- 2 ounce Brandy
- 1/2 tsp fine sugar
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a chilled Highball glass over ice and top up with sparkling water.
