Ingredients
- 2 ounce Gold Rum
- 1 ounce Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 ounce Cognac
- 1/4 tsp Anise-flavored Liqueur
- 5 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Highball glass over ice.
Top up with sparkling water and STIR. Garnish with lemon and orange slice.
*Simple syrup*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
